At Lunara, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened when applicable, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- gift cards;
- downloadable software or digital products;
- intimate or sanitary goods;
- hazardous materials;
- flammable liquids or gases; and
- certain health and personal care items.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed in this policy.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lunaraelegantstore@gmail.com.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law. Sale items may not be eligible for refund.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, contact us at lunaraelegantstore@gmail.com.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
